About

  • My Story In 2007 I decided to do something that would help people to keep their brains active and I wanted to be able to do this for free, for everyone. I came up with the idea of a free monthly brain exercise newsletter that was full of puzzles, games and quizzes designed to work as many aspects of the brain as possible. In August 2007 the first issue of The Brain Food Factory was emailed out. After a humble beginning of 100 people receiving the newsletter it now goes out to thousands of people of all ages from all walks of life and goes to many countries. I create the majority of the content myself, with a few things included from friends around the world. Please feel free to join up at www.brainfoodfactory.com. It is always free, no catches, and never any spam. Your email address is securely protected by me and is never shared with anyone.
